Livia, the developer of the wonderful Trouble in Terrorist Town mod, has released another project, DClib – a Lua library for CS2D aiming to make coding quicker and easier.

The library offers an impressive amount of convenience functions, as well as implementations of some of the most common functions used in CS2D scripting. It’s a very useful tool for intermediate-level scripters looking to augment their workflow, but I wouldn’t recommend beginners to use it right away simply because I find it better to learn the actual workings of the code first – the hooks, the functions and everything else. Still, I urge you to check it out – the source code is available on GitHub.

One has to wonder what the inspiration for the name was…
